HEY GUYS HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTION FOR WHAT FOOD MAKEA HEALTHY DIET.

Grains
6-11 servings
1 slice bread;1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice; 1 oz dry cereal
Choose whole grains whenever possible. 100% whole wheat bread, corn tortillas, brown rice and regular oatmeal are all good options.
Vegetables
3-5 serving
1/2 cup cooked or raw; 1 cup leafy greens; 3/4 100% vegetable juice
Choose seasonal produce when possible. It will be better tasting, higher in nutrients and less expensive.
Fruits
2-4 servings
1 medium fruit; 1/2 cup cut fruit; 3/4 cup 100% fruit juice

Meats & Protein

Dairy

1 cup milk or yogurt; 1 1/2 oz natural cheese; 2 oz processed cheese

Limit consumption of the following: High fat salad dressings, fried foods, processed meats, saturated fats, high fat foods, refined carbohydrates
